Basic Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all layers of modern web applications
• Experience with Object-oriented Design and Analysis

• Prepare mockup and storyboards for User Interface Design
• Select and organize information for website appearance, layout and navigation of a website
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
• Provide technical assistance for Customer Service

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computing Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong SQL skills, preferably SQL server
• Experience developing web application using Coldfusion
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML, DHTML, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, XML
• Clean and methodical work habits
• Experience with Flash, Photoshop, Xcode IDE, Obj-C and iPhone SDK an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Strong problem solving skill

As our Public Relations & Promotions Coordinator based in Burnaby, BC, your primary mission will be in conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative media outreach for Doteasy. Your main job duties include providing content in various social channels of Doteasy including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Basic Responsibilities

• Update events and media placements with key insights with a relentless focus on innovation, alignment to brand, customer and promotional objectives and communicating updates to key stakeholders
• Maintain a strong awareness and connection with social media as well as traditional media outlets
• Write, edit, and issue press releases, media kits and other materials as required as part of brand, product and corporate launches
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Assist Senior Art Designer
• Create innovative designs that work within traditional formats as well as new marketing solutions
• Create artwork based on company specification within established timeframes
• Execute all necessary corrections for all promotional online documents
• Adhere to production schedules

Skills

• College graduate in Graphics Arts with relevant experience
• Excellent skills in HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator & other Adobe products, etc.
• Experience with image manipulation, color correcting, close cropping, editing and retouching
• Good knowledge in design, layout, illustration, typography, photography and production process
• Must be well organized to enable the planning, development, and execution of projects
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
• Retail advertising and printing production experience is a definite asset but not necessary

As our Technical Support Associate based in Burnaby, BC, your primary mission will be to assist our customers with technical questions pertaining to web hosting, email, FTP, and other issues that they may face. Your strong communication skills will be crucial as you answer inbound phone calls to our call centre. You will utilize your call centre experience to aid our customers by providing accurate answers in a timely manner. Your familiarity with web development will come in handy as you tackle issues relating to HTML and PHP/MySQL. • Serve as communications link between customers and company
• Provide market feedback and market opinions
• Requires staff to be aware of market trends and developments including hosting and domain name registration industry service and products

Other responsibilities

• Participate in monthly meetings contributing ideas and opinions to aid direction of company
• Other on-going working projects as need arises
• Testing of new software products
• 24/7 shifts required
